About Us

Leadership

At PN-Construction Ltd, our Managing Director is Eng. Patrick Nteziryayo (M.Sc), a Professional Engineer and member of IER. With a master's degree in civil engineering from Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, his research focuses on geotechnical and underground engineering. Eng. Patrick has authored multiple research papers in this field and has a decade of experience in civil engineering materials testing and analysis. He was trained on ISO17025 by RSB. Currently, he is conducting research initiatives on humidity solutions in Rwanda and exploring the potential of hemp as a construction material in Germany.
