Eng. Patrick Nteziryayo (M.Sc) is the founder of PN-Construction Ltd / Material Testing Laboratory, where he oversees all technical, operational, and research functions. He is a certified professional engineer and an active member of the IER. His academic and professional background is rooted in geotechnical and underground engineering, and he has authored multiple research papers in these fields. With over a decade of experience in civil and geotechnical engineering, he has extensive expertise in geotechnical analysis, structural design, and materials testing. His work spans the design, construction, and supervision of buildings, roads, and bridges, as well as the planning and assessment of e-charging station infrastructure as an engineer in Germany. All works are conducted under national and international standards, and he is currently engaged in research initiatives focused on humidity control solutions in Rwanda and sustainable construction materials with hemp in Germany.
